Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa offers a convenient location and excellent service with comfortable beds. Guests enjoy great views from the rooms and appreciate the pool and spa areas. There are plenty of restaurants and businesses within close proximity. However, some have reported issues, such as noise from the air conditioning and small ants in the restroom. Parking can be confusing, with a distance between the shuttle drop-off and the parking structure, leading to inconvenience for some guests. Some rooms have items that need fixing, including stuck faucet handles, torn carpet, and damaged cabinet doors. The hotel is clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower with good water pressure. Overall, while guests have had pleasant experiences with the Starbucks service, improvements in communication and maintenance, as well as more enthusiasm from the receptionist, could enhance the experience.
JoJo at the front desk is amazing. Many of the staff here have worked here for 4+ years, which says a lot about the way they are treated and how much they enjoy their roles.
We checked in after hours and JoJo went out of her way to make sure we were properly accommodated. Out of all the hotels to stay at in Orange County this is one of the best.
The elevators are highly secure, requiring key cards to access the room floors. The Hilton Costa Mesa is also one of the most elegant architectural hotels — The rooms were very classy.
I do not recommend staying on a lower level floor, But the upper level was clean and breezy.
I just checked into the Hilton Orange County and wanted to take a moment to recognize Marissa at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic from the moment I arrived.
For some reason, my Hilton Honors Diamond status was not showing on my reservation. Marissa immediately recognized the issue, quickly corrected it, and upgraded my room. She handled everything seamlessly and couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable, or informative throughout the entire process.

Very clean close to the mall. The only negative thing i can say is the self parking was very confusing other then that everything was very comfortable and a very nice stay. I want to give a thank you to the front desk for being very helpful.
