Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa offers a convenient location and excellent service with comfortable beds. Guests enjoy great views from the rooms and appreciate the pool and spa areas. There are plenty of restaurants and businesses within close proximity. However, some have reported issues, such as noise from the air conditioning and small ants in the restroom. Parking can be confusing, with a distance between the shuttle drop-off and the parking structure, leading to inconvenience for some guests. Some rooms have items that need fixing, including stuck faucet handles, torn carpet, and damaged cabinet doors. The hotel is clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower with good water pressure. Overall, while guests have had pleasant experiences with the Starbucks service, improvements in communication and maintenance, as well as more enthusiasm from the receptionist, could enhance the experience.
Overall, this is a nice hotel with good amenities and there are plenty of restaurants and businesses within close proximity. I did feel the parking was overpriced and my room had a lot of items that should be fixed including stuck faucet handles, base board trim molding falling off, torn carpet and a damaged cabinet door to the fridge. The bed was comfy, shower was nice with good water pressure and plenty of hot water and the TV was a good size with plenty to watch. Overall, my stay was okay.
Room was nice, service however was sub par. We asked to extended our stay and we were told we could do that with a quick phone call. However at 3am we were told to come down to the front desk then we were sent a text by Lance at 6 am telling us to come back down and rebook as his system wasn't working correctly. The story goes on but this could have been handled much better.
The pleasant experience in this hotel was the Starbucks service. The barista was fast and friendly. The receptionist could use more energy and enthusiasm in receiving guests, i.e. be more friendly.
