Gianna is the best she's super knowledgeable and professional. The treatment room is so cute, very relaxing, and the bed is so comfortable. Its the perfect way to treat yourself.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would to this incredibly unprofessional establishment. They take DAYS to respond to any questions. And when I finally settled on a time for an appointment, I got canceled on 3 hours prior to my appointment stating that they have been under the weather for a few days. It should have been brought to my attention sooner so I could've booked a lash lift elsewhere before my vacation. Don't bother wasting your time with this establishment. You won't get a response and then they'll cancel on you last minute.
I loved by "Trust" facial with Paige. She is so knowledgeable and customized the facial to fit my needs. The spa is charming, clean and has a very relaxing vibe. My skin feels amazing. I will definitely go back!
