The Costa Mesa team has been great. i have been a Elements Massage member for a while, recently moving from Stamford, CT where I was a member at the White Plains Spa. Snce transferring the team has been able to address my needs, provide constant updates and communication when scheduling changes are needed and Louis, the massage therapist I've been seeing has been amazing in meeting my needs.

Absolutely love my treatments! I have been going to Elements now for about most of 2021 and I thoroughly enjoy going. Why? My masseuse is Blake and he is very good at what he does. There are times when he may utilize the deep tissue treatment or add the hot stones, either way, it is definitely worth the treatment. Additionally, I find that he is a very good conversationalist if you prefer talking during your sessions. It's like having a masseuse and therapist all in one. Would I recommend? Highly recommend utilizing their services as well as asking for Blake.

ALEXIS. Immediately found my trigger spot in under 2 minutes without me telling her where it was, I was impressed. Medial aspect of my left scapula, which had been killing me, and she started to release it by going to work on the intercostal tissue between my ribs. That was a first for me, but it worked and I felt great! I almost don't want to post this because I'll have to wait longer for my future appointments with her, but she's that good.
