The owner needs to work on her customer service skills. Very unprofessional, started calling me names when I questioned her about a service she provided on a very important form, which was done incorrectly. I assume she thought I was going to stay quiet and not question her work.

It's the worst place to file a tax claim. i never got the check and when i go back to ask for help i didnt get any help unless i paid very disappointed i cant believe when they charged me for my tax claim they dont want to give you any information unless i paid them much less any help to solve the problem?
