Suffice it to say I had an IT crisis involving some new devices delivered to one of my remote employees in Orange County. It was a late Friday afternoon. I didn't want to go sleepless over the weekend. Fortunately, Russell at CRTG answered the phone, connected with the Apple device remotely, and worked through the steps patiently, calmly, and efficiently to solve the problem. The Fullerton College Photography Department has used CRTG for more than ten years to maintain our Mac digital classrooms and Mac Lab. (over 60 computers) They have set up our own sever available only to our photo dept., they keep our computers updated, configure new ones when we update, and are available immediately for emergency situations.
