I came to Dr. Elmira struggling with frequent headaches, and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to really listen, figure out what was going on, and create a personalized plan for me. Since starting care, my headaches have improved significantly, and I feel so much better overall. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients—I highly recommend her!
I cannot recommend Dr. Elmira enough! I came in struggling with debilitating sciatica, low back, and tailbone pain that made daily life almost unbearable around 20 weeks pregnant. I couldn’t hold my toddler and had difficulty walking short distances. I tried physical therapy which maybe helped a little but the biggest difference was seeing Dr Elmira!

Dr. Elmira is amazing! She takes time to massage my back and neck before adjusting. By the time she’s ready to adjust my back (and neck) I’m relaxed enough that the adjustment is maximized. She has definitely helped with my range of motion in my neck which is also helping with my chronic migraines.
