I had a new motor installed in my AC unit which was recommended since the current one installed for quite some time had died.Moe showed me the bad motor and truly it needed replaced since we had problems with our AC last week.I thought it was going to quite some time to get the matter but Tanya made it happen who is so excellent with her team of workers.The AC feels so great now.The price was affordable & no more hot summer days.Coolant level was checked & fine.They know their job so very well.I thank Moe for installing the new motor & a very special thank you to Tanya who made it happen with no long scheduling wait.I would highly recommed Basic Air to anybody... read full review

We have used Basic Air for annual service a few years now. I have always been satisfied with the thoroughness and professional attention. This year, Moe was our technician. He meticulously cleaned the A/C unit, checked the coolant and even washed outside of unit. Spick & Span it is :) Our heater in attic was also inspected and a clean filter replaced. It's such a relief to feel confident our cooling and heating units are well tuned and good to go another year. The phone staff are always polite and helpful as well. Thank you Basic Air for your quality annual service.
