Probably one of the worst phone calls I've had with a company. I called to see if they could put in a bathroom window installed and the guy that answered was not customer service oriented at all. He asked questions and when I would reply there would be long silences...he would just say uhh...and then pause forever. Honestly,it didn't seem like he even wanted the work. Then without even asking to come see the place, he says the estimate is between $1000-1500. He just pulled a number out of his ass. Ok thanks buddy.

Ryan remodeled our living room, kitchen, and stairs. This included installing cabinets, wood flooring on the main level and stairs (which Ryan custom made), installing lighting, scraping popcorn ceilings, and painting, among many other things. Ryan did an absolutely amazing job, and my wife and I are thrilled with the results. He was extremely professional, showed up promptly every morning, was upfront about costs (including an itemized quote), and he was flexible in accommodating changes that arose throughout the construction process. I've used Ryan a number of times as a contractor. Both times with great results he was fast, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly did great quality work. The first time I used Ryan was to repair water damage at a rental property we own. When the problem happened he jumped right on it, even though it was while he was having his Thanksgiving dinner. He quickly accessed the situation, shut off the problem plumbing, pulled up wet carpeting and padding, and prevented any further damage to wood moldings, trim, etc. Then over the next couple of days, Ryan quickly made sure everything was dried out properly with industrial fans, checked for mildew and other... read full review
