This is my go to place for everything keys and locks. You pay more but trust me you get more. Example, I went to a place here locally and got keys made and guess what they not work. When I need something for my business or for my house I go to Balport and that's it!
Worked with them for over 35 years. They had THE go to store on Riverside Drive for years,and now at the new location on Old Newport Blvd., it seems the company has a new level of energy. The showroom has expanded into safes, and today I bought one. Great Service. They guys are so helpful. I had to get keys made for a difficult lock and they worked it until they got it right last month. No one can touch them. They cracked a floor safe in a house for me several years ago and they are always easy to work with and helpful. I left my credit card there like a bonehead, and they kept it for me, safe and sound.
