I worked with Baker Party Rentals for a wedding I planned this year on May 24th at The Meadows in Lake Forest and September 20th at Morgan Estate in Temecula and they made the day perfect!
Nancy made the entire rental process so easy and smooth. She was organized, communicative, and a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. On the wedding day, the team was quick, efficient, and professional, which made setup and breakdown seamless. I’m so grateful to have had Baker Party Rentals on the team and would happily work with Nancy and her crew again for future events!

Used Baker for my wedding and other wedding events! They have a way better selection that the other rental companies we looked into. Their staff are incredibly helpful/kind, and their policies are beyond fair and easy to navigate. We loved Baker and will use them again.

Vidal was an absolute rockstar! He was great to work with—super communicative from start to finish, always keeping me in the loop with clear updates. His logistics skills? Unreal. The guy’s a wizard at coordinating everything, making sure it all runs like clockwork. And when it came to placing items, he had this incredible eye for detail—everything ended up exactly where it needed to be, no fuss, no stress. Honestly, he went above and beyond; he even improvised some clever solutions on the fly that I didn’t even think were possible. The man’s a gem—humble too, doesn’t flaunt how good he is.
