The whole team is welcoming, intentional, and truly caring, going above and beyond to create a great experience. Instructors are described as amazing, empowering, helpful, informative, and sweet, with classes that are challenging yet fun, featuring great music and killer playlists. Every workout feels fresh and challenging. Members are friendly and always cheering each other on, creating a positive, welcoming vibe and a strong sense of community. The studio provides mats, and all that is needed is a towel and socks. A favorite detail is the icy cold essential oil towel at the end of class, a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The experience has helped people grow in confidence, feel stronger and more grounded, and become more consistent with health, even drinking more water and looking forward to class every day. Overall, it is a studio that pushes individuals while creating a supportive environment.
Luisa was an absolute amazing instructor! So encouraging and informative, and provided a challenging, but fun workout with great music! Highly recommend attending Luisa’s classes! I also loved that they provide the mats and all you need is a towel and your socks! Overall, great studio!
Best studio in OC
I tried all the hot mat classes in Orange County in NPB, Laguna, CM, Irvine, SA and Tustin all May and June. There are many really great studios but BABE takes the cake. The whole team is welcoming and so intentional with everything from the exercise to the calming colors of the studio itself. Throughout my trial of studios I couldn’t stop thinking of returning to BABE. Which speaks to the experience as I was not someone to be consistent with any form of exercise or health and now drink 80+ oz of water and look forward to going to class with friendly and empowering women every day. Love love love BABE.
I love it here!! I’ve been coming basically every day for the last few months and it’s because the owner and the girlies who work here truly care about all of us and go above and beyond to make it a great experience. You attract who you are, so even the members are super friendly and always cheering each other on in class!! My confidence and sense of community has grown so much since coming here.
