Consistently a great experience from beginning to end, and the best color and cut. Asako sat me down exactly on time, carefully consulted on the color and preferred treatment for my hair type/condition, completed coloring and highlights, headspa like shampoo and conditioning, head and neck massage, cut, blow out and styling, all under 2 hrs. She does a far better job than others that take 3+ hours, I love that she is so confident in what she does and can cut down the chair time for me. Though I didn't even notice the time as they have iPads with Netflix ready for viewing to pass the time, and tea and small candies to enjoy.

Showed a reference photo for my haircut. My barber, Konami, did her best to make the haircut look like a reference photo, and the I really liked the final result. Can't wait to try out other haircuts that I couldn't get in other barbershops.

i love rei so much <3 been coming here for two years now and they've always taken such good care of me. soo relaxing being there and there's usually only one other customer at the same time as you so it's really quiet and peaceful.
