Waste of time trying to work with Bret, no follow up, no urgency, lack of consistency and integrity in keeping his word, lack of an admittance when he was in error. I would have gladly paid for the work to be done, but it just sat for many many weeks.

I had an old IRS issue come at me out of the blue and I was hitting the panic button. My partner referred me here and they got me in for an initial consult the next day (I think the fellow answering the phone could sense my panic). We all hear about the "free" consultations. But I met with the owner and he sized up the issue in minutes, saw that it was something that I could easily handle if I wanted to and even helped me with the wording for my letter to them all within the free initial meet.
