Wow! Dr K has the BEST bedside manner of any physician I’ve ever met! She is genuine and has a lot of positive energy. I didn’t wait long for my appointment at all. She is very honest; in fact, she even talked me out of doing a procedure that may not have produced optimal results. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kappel for the first time after watching her videos on YouTube. The staff was very pleasant and the office was clean. Dr Kappel was really sweet and calming when performing the procedure. When addressing my other concerns, she totally could have upsold me but explained why certain options were not good for my skin tone and suggested less aggressive (and less expensive) options. I was really appreciative of her honesty and ethical integrity. I would absolutely recommend her!

Dr Kappel is great. She will listen to what your concerns are, make recommendations and only perform services that you are comfortable with. She is super sweet, professional and very knowledgeable. Her Nurse and front desk are great as well. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Kappel.
