I went in today and specifically showed a picture to ask if they could do it. One girl asked another if she could but then she came back to me and said she could. Should've known if she asked someone else that she might have a hard time. Really wish they would just be honest if they could genuinely do the design or if it's to challenging for the nail tech. The woman who did my nails was very nice and patient doing the design but it just wasn't close. The shape isn't close to what I wanted either. Less than a week later, 3 nails are already popping. No wonder why. The nails are extremely thick, shapeless and they didn't filed on top. They only applied the powder and the color right away. I also asked for skinny coffin nails and apparently they don't know how to do it, because I requested this specific shape twice (when I arrived and before I left) and still, I left with my nails crooked and shapeless. Plus one of the ladies gave me an attitude and thought that I had no money to pay, when I asked if they accepted Apple Pay. WTH. Seriously? The ladies here are very nice and they do great work. I've gotten both regular and gel for manicure and pedicure and I'm never disappointed. It's fairly small so make an apt if you can.
