We were traveling from the SF Bay Area to Mt Lassen National Park and while passing through Corning our dreaded engine light came on. We have a 2005 Leisure Van with a Dodge with a Mercedes engine, and built in Canada. Since it was Sunday we found a RV Park to spend the night and I inquired at Auto Zone who recommended High Tech Automotive.
We showed up first thing Monday morning and although they were totally booked they fit us right into their schedule. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop, and I can’t recommend Hi-Tech enough. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I was on a long road trip when my carrier bearing gave out, and luckily I pulled off near Hi-Tech. They were able to get me in almost immediately, quickly diagnose the issue, and clearly explain what was going on.

Bryson was quick to get me in to help repair our Tahoe for a smog inspection. He was very transparent with the diagnostics and potential repair costs. Thankfully the check engine light is now off and we are up and running again. I will definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon).
