This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop, and I can’t recommend Hi-Tech enough. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I was on a long road trip when my carrier bearing gave out, and luckily I pulled off near Hi-Tech. They were able to get me in almost immediately, quickly diagnose the issue, and clearly explain what was going on.

Bryson was quick to get me in to help repair our Tahoe for a smog inspection. He was very transparent with the diagnostics and potential repair costs. Thankfully the check engine light is now off and we are up and running again. I will definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon).
We had an excellent experience with this shop while traveling across the country with my family. We had a major issue come up on our 2012 Ram 3500, and Bryson, Bri, and the entire team were incredibly accommodating from start to finish.
They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explained everything clearly, and worked with us on pricing so it was fair and reasonable for the amount of work performed. The rear axle replacement, transmission service, and inspections were all handled professionally and thoroughly.
