Front desk very helpful. Called back for two days i finally gave up. no return call.in a lot of pain.
.the doctor spent all of 2 mins with me.i wish they would call back very very dissapointed. Still not well but will get there
.and I wish they had someone that calls you back on complaints.and had caring doctor's

Less and less thrilled. Clinic started out being pretty well run but now having doubts. Saw the doctor on Tuesday for respiratory (Bronchitis) and was given prescriptions for that condition as well as for diabetic supplies. Upon pick up at the pharmacy, the only one available was the antibiotic. All the rest according to the pharmacist (good one by the way) all are covered by Medicare Part B and need a corresponding form. Here it is two days later and still no prescriptions for the inhaler and diabetic supplies and still getting the run around by the clinic. I guess they'll get that over there when it is most convenient for them rather than the needs of their patient. Very poorly done folks, customer service really sucks. Front end staff is very, very poor with the exception of one lady (I apologize for not knowing your name my dear), very rude and by god letting you know just who is in charge here...

Although the PA that actually saw us was friendly and nice. Let’s just say that I will corroborate what is being alleged in the other reviews. I didn’t know there was a “walk-in” clinic here? My Daughter has a need for “walk-in” services today. After reading these reviews I will take her to Enloe prompt care. Rather stay with the devil I know.
