They charged me 1900 dollars for a newwater heater in Feb 2022 and it went out in Aug 2023. They said only the parts were under warranty and she literally laughed. After being charged 1900 the first time all of us knowing water heaters themselves aren't that much I said no thanks. Water heaters at lowes are 600 .... Stay far away from this scam company.
