Dave, Craig, Josh and Lucas of Foothill Sanitation Services did an excellent job of cleaning out the 1200 gallon septic tank that had been overcome by roots and had not been serviced for almost 20 years. Yuck! Dave and Lucas operated the digging and location of the septic lids, while Craig and Josh managed the pumping and removal of roots. Dave didn't hesitate to jump in and clean out roots too and once he did, the rest of the gang followed!! What teamwork these guys showed as they all helped one another get the job done!! I will call upon Foothill Sanitation Services again when the time comes for Septic clean out! Thank you all for your excellent service and support.... read full review

Have used this company for septic pumping and have done a wonderful job. I ordered a porta potty and the person in the office who does this is rude. they came to pump the potty and said that someone was parked in front of the door. They did not bother to go to the door or give us a heads up phone call or text. Only reply was "we dont do that". Me either, Im done.

This was a difficult one for me to post but I thought it was important. First of all the customer service was wonderful; courteous, helpful, kind. Absolutely no issues here! The problem lies within their advertising. They advertise both on their website and on their "Hold" music on the phone that there is a 5% military discount. However, after I reserved the products they called for payment a week prior to my event. I asked them to apply the 5% discount as my husband is a 20 year retired, disabled military veteran from the US Marine Corps. I was told that they no longer honor that discount.
