This was a difficult one for me to post but I thought it was important. First of all the customer service was wonderful; courteous, helpful, kind. Absolutely no issues here! The problem lies within their advertising. They advertise both on their website and on their "Hold" music on the phone that there is a 5% military discount. However, after I reserved the products they called for payment a week prior to my event. I asked them to apply the 5% discount as my husband is a 20 year retired, disabled military veteran from the US Marine Corps. I was told that they no longer honor that discount. The cleanest and best portable toilets I have ever seen. I avoid them as a rule. But don't mind using theirs. I also like the staff they were friendly, personable and diligent.

Amazing customer service!!! In office and in the field. The gentleman that came to my moms was very knowledgeable and gave us great information on the upkeep of her septic. Also told us about possibly getting risers installed so we won't have to dig it out anymore. Couldn't ask for a better company!!! Thank you!!!
