The whole process was explained before we began which made me feel comfortable and relieved while it was my first time getting a tattoo removed. Rosalyn and her staff are beyond kind and patient. For someone who had never experienced tattoo removal, and was more than a bit nervous from all of the horror stories, kindness and patience is valued immensely. I’m on my 8th removal session with unchained from the cave and let me tell you! My appointments are always on time, she’s very informative and through covid has adapted new procedures to keep the environment clean and safe for customers. I’ve had no scarring and my tattoo looks so good and is almost completely faded! I still have a couple more sessions but I’m so happy with the results I’ve received so far!
