Purchased a Samsung zFold3 brand new, after the warranty which is 1 year, the phone has the Black Line Of Death! Do not buy this phone! You will be on the hook to repair or replace it. Samsung will not fix it on warranty or outside of warranty even though there's a defect I. This device! Numerous people have the same problem even with brand new zFold3 devices and they do not want to repair or replace, they will say user error! You have been warned!

I bought the Samsung 4 door flex Refrigerator at Best Buy 6 months ago for $3800. After we had it for appx 3-4 months The paint on the left exterior door around the ice/water dispenser started coming off down to the primer (Paint did not adhere to the primer) all I ever did to clean it was a warm dish towel with water (no scrubbing or abrasive cleaners) So I contacted Samsung's warranty center and notified them o the workmanship on the exterior paint coming off after 4 months of purchasing it. AVOID SAMSUNG AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAIN...LIKE DANTE'S INFERNOR PERGATORY LIKE PAINI ordered a dryer from Samsung direct in December 2022. The dryer was delivered 1/5/23 defective, as it sounded like a helicopter when it ran. The delivery company, a third party RXO, told me I would have to take it up to Samsung. It took three separate calls, before finally speaking with someone that can help. I used the online tool to flag my defect, and was called by a rep, only to be told that I was talking to the wrong department (order support), and that I would need to talk to someone in the warranty department.
