Been coming here ever since my right side of my body has been tense. Went for the first couple of times and he has guided me with taking things a bit easier, as well as warming up and doing specific exercises for my benefits. Now I go just to maintain the recovery experience for my body. Every time I go it feels great abd I feel brand new!! Would highly recommend ?

I can't thank Jesus enough! This is the second time coming to him due to previously having a leg injury. I never thought I would be able to do leg exercises such as squats without experiencing severe pain until I met him. He is very knowledge and excellent at his craft. Throughout the sessions he was very good at listening/assessing my areas of concern, which is extremely important to me. I always felt at ease and comfortable as he was very thorough and took the time to educate me on the different techniques and machines, while also explaining the benefits in my situation.
