Literally no big machines used...1000% hand washed! Will definitely come back. If you're paying with card make sure to have enough for a tip IN CASH ? I didn't have cash at the time ? and didn't leave a tip, I felt horrible

I went there for my 1st time based on a Yelp search. Very nice set-up; however, I can see there being a problem on a busy day (as someone commented in a review). The actual wash process was top notch and they even removed a marred scratch for free.
