Called the next day and they were able to professionally work with me over the phone and met me at the location I left my vehicle the night before. Met the tow truck driver at the drop off location (my home in Garden Grove) and couldn't been happier with how polite and respectful he was as well. A must if ever stuck in Los Angeles.
