Trash service, one of the front desk employees, on the left side as you walk in… has no type of work ethic and just low class attitude, it’s a clinic you can’t give dirty looks to NEW Patients, and you can’t be rude, and when ask to speak to the dr. Or someone else above her she said they were in a meeting coincidently the time of my appointment and they were going to be in a meeting for 3 hours like girl be honest stop lying! I would give a zero just because of the treatment I received, keep in mind I’m a New patient, overall either way they’re whole system is trash because they had me postpone my appointment date for the past 3 months it’s embarrassing...read full review

This clinic will deny you services if you can't make it into their clinic for the first meeting. For whatever reason Zoom and Teams are not an option :) Everybody I spoke to talked really slow and often interrupted me, I can't help but feel like this is a tactic to irritate.

Receptionist? Want you away from their desk asap!!! Security at the front door? Must be nice to get paid to sit there and talk on your phone for your entire shift. She wouldn't even put her phone down when "checking me" and she looked really mad that I interrupted her conversation on her phone while she was working. Seriously, must be real nice though get paid to sit all day and be mad that you have to your job.
