She over charges and couldn't even cut bangs, literally asked for bangs up my brows and she cut them higher. Never going back here no wonder she's at a plaza and not an actual salon. Horrible service then she gets mad because I told her to cut it straight, lacks customer service clearly.

I called beforehand to ask for a service she told me 50$ I went in the next day , I should’ve asked how much it was gonna be before letting her dye my hair because I payed 120$ for a color I didn’t want , I wanted a light burgundy & left with dark burgundy almost black , 2 weeks later my hair is now brown , & my white hairs are showing.

I finally found someone who cuts my hair the way I've always wanted. Norma is very sweet. I came into her salon and told her I needed shaping in my hair. I told her I wanted layers and she did an awesome job. She dyed and cut my hair. The color was just what I wanted, and the hair cut sur passed my expectations. I love that she uses a blade to lighten everything up. The hair salon is a hole in the wall, but her prices make up for it. The saIon is part of the indoor swapmeet, it's a cash only place. I am definitely going back.
