Worst delivery service ever. NIKE SWITCH YOUR DELIVERY PROVIDER! Terrible customer service, terrible tracking. It’s fishy how my shoes got stolen 3 times with this delivery service and the driver didn’t show the picture of the box each time. The driver took a picture of a random box that was hiding behind a wall. VERY FISHY. Don’t use this garbage service they have terrible reviews for a reason.
Horrible! They lied about trying to deliver my package since no one was there to receive the package! Lies! I know someone was home all day long. I was on their customer service line for 18 minutes with no one picking up the line. I do not recommend them at all
Supposedly they delivered my package to my front door. I was home all day and never received it. Now I don't know where my package it at. I called the 800 number and was on hold for 25 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Horrible!
