This is an update to our buildings experience with the company 1 year in. We ended up ending our contract. Our number one reason was the number of missed days and no shows. There was also a lack of communication about days missed. We really wanted to support this business and they started out great, but consistency is important. Too many missed days made it difficult to maintain the cleanliness and care we needed for our building. In response to the owners comment: This building is located near Long Beach
I was having an unexpected visit from some "higher-ups" and needed my office cleaned and refreshed. My current, or should I say old company, couldn't get us on the books for an extra deep clean in time. Frantically I searched for a janitorial company and found J&S and they seemed to fit my needs. I explained my time crunch and they were able to get the job done. The only issue is that they could only come the night before my big visit so I was worried about how the results would be since I had never used them. I work in the medical field so cleanliness is a top priority. Everyone I dealt with was so professional and they do a terrific job! When we came into to office after the weekend the difference was immediate! I highly recommend, they do a thorough job.
