Customers describe the crew as friendly, prompt, clean, and sufficient. One customer had a terrible leak every time it rained, and multiple roof companies could not find or fix the leak, but the team took their time and solved the mystery. The owner was up on the roof working, and the customer was impressed by him and his whole team, standing by them as they showed they stand by their work and integrity. Another customer came through a realtor recommendation for a roof inspection when purchasing a new home, and numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, and gutter were all fixed within a few short weeks of request and signing the repair request. The business delivered as promised, as well as a few other things an insurance inspector requested. Customers report a reasonable estimate, work completed fast, great, friendly communication throughout, and a beautiful new roof. Customers highly recommend the business to other home owners and will go to them with any roofing needs in the future.
