As retail customers, my mom and I were looking for hair products that had Tec Italy brand items and we came across Caesar’s Professional Products online. We decided to give this place a try and we are so glad that we did!The moment we walked in, we were both greeted by Victor and felt welcomed from the start. Then, from that point on we had the most amazing customer service interaction we could have ever imagined. Not only was Victor knowledgeable about all the hair products available, but he was also kind and patient. Definitely in love with Tec Italy hair products and this store has em all. The store manager Rebecca is super knowledgable about all the products and how the affect your hair. She is always helpful when I have any questions about Tec Italy products or any other hair products.
