The tech was very professional. When he left everything was working fine. I’m pleased with the way it was handled. I would like to know what the problem was and what caused the ac to stop working after not being used since end or near end of last year. When last used it was fine. When I tried it a few days ago it didn’t blow any cold air.

I’m so happy with these folks. They installed a heat pump system for me that works immaculately. Back office (Luis and Ricardo) offered their professional opinions on the best units and researched rebates to get us very competitive pricing. Luis even visited two weeks afterwards to bring new filters and check on any concerns. Their techs are very professional, did a very clean install, and left the property spotless afterwards.
