There services are good there pest control tech were great I have issues with their sales tactics and policies. I told them I couldn't go under contract because i wouldbe moving to another statelater this year. They assured me that they had contracts that they were affiliated with and I would be able to continue my services. They lied and now are charging me a termination fee because they in fact don't contract with anyone in New Mexico. Good company work ethic but don't trust their sales pitch.UPDATE: After speaking with management and explaining the situation they agreed there was a missunderstanding and have there for refunded the cancelation fee. Man this was an awesome experience. The rep Daniel Clark came by to check out some termite issues I was having. He was extremely professional and super thorough. He didn’t waste any time and got right to work. He checked the exterior, interior of my home and also the attic and crawl space. Very pleased and I certainly recommend.Services: Termite extermination
