They were promoted showing on time , very professional upon arriving - giving us a run down of how things will conducted , expect , etc. They were very accommodating w my kids as they were home and didn’t let that hinder their work orAttitude. I have been using Pro Pacific for approximately 10 years. When I moved from my previous home I transferred my service because I was very please with their service and customer service. They have come out to service me between my regularly scheduled visits without any hesitation if I had any problems. The technicians are very professional and always go above and beyond. I am very please with the service that this company gives. I highly recommend them.
If this is the same company that came to my house because others popped but this was near my house then this review is for Daniel Clark License#48035. He was very thorough, professional and spoke to me with clarity and answered my questions without feeling any embarrassment for the obvious termite damage I had. He was quick and didn't take any unnecessary time for unnecessary conversations my last inspector had.
