total disappointment!! I should have just left! - they were late opening the store, after I called and made sure they could help me, they agreed... the shop is dirty, she used old file and buffer on me, her work table is just gross and dusty, customer service is ok, but superficial... her work is sloppy and she left me with rough edges around my nails, also my thumb nails are not the same shape as the rest, I have coffin shaped on my four finger and a square round on my thumbs... my design is nice but already coming off the sides... then when it was time to pay, they wanted to charge me $6 to use my card!! and told me to go to Stator Bros any bring cash there is no "...read full review

i was really lost if being honest when i got there but front lady was super nice and explained everything throughly and help me ask for what i wanted and got an amazing set based off the pictures, i suggested and i suggest book appointment it’s easy
