Shad is NOT a pleasant person to deal with. He made it VERY clear that he does not like to work with individuals and he was doing me a favor by deigning to do business with me. If I had had an easier time finding another laminate supplier, I would have walked out from the start. When there was a problem making the final payment because I forgot to give my workman the check and my tire had a flat so I couldn't drive out there to deliver it in person, he acted like I was expecting the world when I asked if he would take a credit card or Zelle. I highly recommend Plasticraft! They made me a beautiful quartz 5' countertop. Home depot would not do the job because it was to small and would have to install it also. Other businesses turned me away for the same reason.The quality quartz costed less than the quote i got from home depot for a laminate top the same size. I was able to make the order to install myself and it was ready to pick up the next day.

My experience with Pasticraft Countertops was amazing. From the initial call to the installation of the finished product was nothing, but professional. Shad Gave us some additional ideas we hadn't thought of to make our investment that much better. Price was great and couldn't have received better customer service.
