Hello my name is Brian chambers I'm in Philadelphia pa 19134 and that's located in Pennsylvania I haven't had that chance of using their Towing service but I will in a Hart beat if I was out in L.A I just want to tell you all other Towing company's that you should take the time out and just watch one or a few but from what I just seen this Towing company ( P.E.T.E.S T.O.W.I.N.G. & W.R.E.C.K.I.N.G. Got a flat on the 60 freeway at Pedley. Pepe's towing showed up told me he was from the county changed my tire and sent me on my way. I got to the tire shop before they closed. TY
I was helped by Sam as he is part of the FSP (Freeway Service Patrol) that Pepe's is contracted with.
Sam arrived as fast as possible to get me out of the number 2 lane on eastbound 91 near the Van Buren Blvd overpass. Officer JJ with Riverside based CHP was also a great asset.
My vehicle lost all electrical power, thus leaving me without flashers or any other indication of having a problem - other than obviously blocking the lane.
Sam was fast, efficient, and provided flawless customer service. Maybe he can pass his great attitude to the angry ladies in that office I've been reading about.
