I'm starting to believe any good review about this company is a fake one..Horrible treatment and no kind of respect for hard work..I work Overtime and everything, and they will always find something to write you up about or give you a suspension..The whole time they're trying to give people who aren't working YOUR shift, I figured it out..other than that, it's very unorganized and wouldn't suggest no one working for this company.

I had to leave for an family emergency 30 mins before my shift ended. They fired me. I called and told them I couldn't stay to finish my shift and couldn't stay for overtime. So they fired me. Dont work for this company!!! HR dont even care.

If you Black please don't apply with this company they are racists and every black employee i worked with said the same thing. They will find any reason to fire you. On 10/31/17 i had a meeting with Cindy(Hispanic) and the head boss Alex (Hispanic) and i told them i felt like Erick(Hispanic) one the supervisor that he harrasses me and always has something negaitive to say when he does his post checks. I (black) witnessed, (Erick) at Del Real foods only approach me about not wearing my black tennis shoes but all the other hispanic employees have on black tennis shoes.
