My Experience with Fire Care Like most people are I was in shock and not knowing where to turn when my house fire happened. But here comes Fire Care; compassionate, professional and not pushy to make a sale. the team member explained resources and decisions we would have to make. Praise to the team as a calm came into my chaos. I signed them on. The people that came from Fire Care all had professionalism, tempered with consideration and concern. The heart of all Jessica Carlisle's team players were awesome. Even though the team members came from different walks of life; they have an awesome working relationship and showed nothing but heart. Like I said I NEVER saw a poor attitude, just heart. They treated our items as if they were their own treasured things. They packed quickly, so things could move on but with the same or better care than most people would pack their own items. Jessica went the extra mile in making arrangements for our freezer to be placed where it could be left on. In doing so we were able to keep our freshly filled freezer with organic meat. Like I said they treat you special, and respect your life and belongings. My family could not saay enough about Fire Care. We appreciate everything that they have done for us. I know to some this may seem a bit flowery, but I just don't know how else to put it in words, how much my family was helped by these individuals.
