STAY FAR AWAY, ZERO STARSFermeture Escrow has made critical mistakes every step of the way. To begin with, there agents are impossible to get a hold of. They never answer their phone and take three days to answer emails. They fumble paperwork often sending documents that have already been sign and share documents of other clients. Our balance sheet was blatantly wrong, delaying the process even more. Their services are embarrassing, borderline negligent.
