I’m not sure who I went to but the woman who did my eyebrows did an amazing job and I will definitely come back. I came in a little nervous because I previously had a bad lash lift experience elsewhere, but Sam completely turned that around for me. “I really enjoyed services with Latoya. I had gotten a few pedicures from her and was always pleased with the result. The appts are very long but it was worth it. However, every appt I’ve had, she changed my selected appt time to a later one. Before I had my baby, it was no issue and I was willing to be flexible. The last time I went, she postponed my appt 2 hours and I had already arrived at the appt when I saw the email come through. I come from over an hour away.. and of course I couldn’t wait 2 hours nor was I going to drive back and forth. I decided to stop going because I felt that my time wasn’t respected as she expects hers to be respected when it comes to cancellation fees. I chose specific appt times for a reason and didn’t appreciate always having to wait or get my appt moved around. So I lost my deposit this last round of her postponing my appt. I asked for it back until I can plan and find another time I’m able to come but she didn’t respond. So it’s safe to say I won’t be back, which I am bummed about but it’s important for techs to respect our time the same way we respect theirs.
