Did what they were hired to do with the best installer that did a beautiful job! I would request Francisco Angel for the install! He was so professional and did paint touch up and caulking that looks beautiful! He is very talented!
I had the most wonderful experience with Elizabeth Shutters. During this time when vendors are blaming delays and mishaps on COVID, I was in the midst of redecorating my home. I had placed an order for shutters with another company only because they offered a sand-blasted finish with E.S. did not. Three months and many calls later, no shutters. I turned to Elizabeth Shutters. The process went so smoothly. They honored the original estimate they had given me, and I signed a contract. Shortly thereafter a gentleman came to my home to take accurate measurements. It looks exactly 6 weeks from the signing of the contract to installation to have beautiful, quality shutters. I was notified at each step of the way of what was happening next. The installer explained everything about the shutters to me, provided touch-up paint, and did an outstanding job. I am totally pleased and highly recommend this company.
