I went today 09/07 I called before hand explaining to them I wanted to get a tooth extraction they said yes of course come on in I let them know ahead of time it was infected that I needed a root canal but I didn’t and wasn’t going to move forward with getting a root canal. I went & the dentist came in checked it out said yes you need root canal tooth infected I will give you medicine come back for the procedure like what ??? I then again let them know again my situation and that I just wanted a tooth extraction he proceeded to get up and say you’re too young I will give you medicine for the infection and proceeded to walk out did not return extremely rude. TERRIBLE!!!!! Please do not go to this dentist (Dr. Hany Ibrahim Ghaly) !!!!! Terrible service and extremely rude. I went in for tooth pain and he checked my mouth for 5sec and said I didn’t have anything wrong with my tooth and walked away before I could finish talking or ask anymore questions. He could have at least taken an X ray. It has been 3 weeks and my tooth pain got worse and it’s due to a cavity that apparently he said I didn’t have. My brother also went in because he needed a root canal and Dr Hany did a root canal on the wrong tooth and on the wrong side.
