We had a sewer back up at our business (Mountain Comforts), and Charles was very responsive and sent out his guys within an hour. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the right equipment to take care of it immediately, but he was back the next day to fix our problem. Would absolutely recommend.

I had another company come out 3 years ago and charge me almost $700 to replace the electrical/gas components and something went wrong and it kept turning off, that's 3 years worth. These guys came out highly rated and checked it out and everything was working just fine. There was really no way to know the issue because it's working like it should. They recommended that I either replace what was replaced or do a wait and see if it continues. I am able to relight the pilot so we will see if it continues or I need the parts replaced. They didn't want me to spend the money if there was nothing truly wrong and I paid nothing. They are honest and I will certainly use them...read full review
