I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Rito at Rito’s GTS Insurance Center in Coalinga was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.

I came in because my insurance situation was a mess. I had been getting quoted ridiculous prices and nobody was actually explaining what I was paying for. Rito sat down with me and actually walked me through everything, the coverages, deductibles, what I needed and what I didn’t. Rito and his son helped my dad get car insurance for the household vehicles when Kemper changed their car policies in May and the insurance broker also failed to inform him about the changes. I have met Rito myself and he is the person to trust your car insurance needs with. Rito's son and daughter bullied me in the past in the 2nd grade but my dad appreciates the help.
