Was in town for the weekend with family just relaxing but wanted to get a few workouts in, had originally planned to go to Planet Fitness but came across this gym when going to the grocery store and I called to see if they offered day passes and the owner was really cool and said they had never offered day passes but could definitely work something out. My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday and Sunday morning and had great workouts! Definitely recommend. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Marco and the VEA team are very professional. They were able to put me in a meal and workout plan that best worked for my schedule. I can’t thank them enough for how they have been able to guide me to a more healthy and fit lifestyle. 10/10 recommend!

I tried it for the first time and it is a highly effective system that targets those areas that are the most difficult to change. The trainers motive you every step of the way. I really enjoyed it and I hope to join in July.
