Efrain's Garage Doors provides a great experience and great work. The company is communicative, fast, and very knowledgeable. Efrain shows up exactly when he says he will, does great work, and leaves the job site clean. He is very informative and offers reasonable and competitive pricing, often well below other bids. Appointments, including next-day service, are handled quickly. Technicians are skilled, thoroughly addressing problems like installing new springs and fixing problematic chains until the door works quietly and completely. The service is highly recommended, with customers stating it was the best company they have dealt with in years and that they would use the service again.
This was the best company I have dealt with in years. Efrain shows up exactly when he says he will, does great work, and leaves the job site clean. His prices were well below the other 2 bids I got, and I just wish all contractors were like him. Just a great experience and great work.
Broken garage-door spring grinds life to an abrupt stop. Fielded three online responses in response to clear problem/quote request. Only one responded with concise estimate and another insisted on coming in person. When he didn't show for scheduled time, I canceled.My husband decided to query local gardeners for referrals and received Efrain's number. He quickly proffered reasonable quote (30% less than first quote) and next-day appointment.Then, the first guy rolls up late, doesn't know for whom he works, assesses issue, and delivers estimate 50% higher than Efrain's.Technician Angel arrived this morning, installed new springs and spent an additional half hour massaging a problematic chain until the whole door closed quietly and completely (which it hadn't done before). Hooray.
Communicative, fast, and very knowledgeable!! Called around and got a few quotes but Efrain was very informative and had very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend to all and would be using him again for our next flips.
