Vineyard Pools offers a great experience from start to finish. The team, including designers and project managers, communicates effectively and is friendly and professional. They take the time to understand clients' needs and design pools and outdoor spaces that fit perfectly. Weekly updates keep clients informed throughout the process. The staff is amazing and always there for questions, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The team, including Jeff, Mike, Kat, and Stephanie, is known for their professionalism and clear communication. Despite some issues with landscaping in the past, the company has been responsible and quick to make things right. Overall, Vineyard Pools is a reliable choice for those looking for a successful pool installation and a pleasant experience.
We have been super satisfied with Vineyard Pools. We enjoyed working with Ben on the pool design and oversight, Catherine and Sarah kept us well informed on next steps, and the Vineyard crew and subs were all great! We definitely recommend Vineyard Pools.
After checking a couple pool companies out, we decided to go with Vineyard Pools, in Clovis. I’m very happy we did so. Every step of the way (there’s a lot of steps) that go into a new pool build. I’ll share photos of some of the steps, it’s quite a process. It takes patience, as your back yard gets totally demolished, and it is a bit of a mess until they’re done. However, the great staff at Vineyard Pools, emails you every step of the way, explaining what to expect and when to expect each step of the entire process. Vineyard Pools is awesome! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they were super fast getting our pool done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool.
